Habit Tracker Template

Cultivate winning habits that attract happiness and abundance with our Habit Tracker! Stay accountable, keep track of your progress and enjoy all the positive changes each new habit will bring!

Template Specs: 4pcs print in 8.5 x 11 inches standard paper size

- 4.037 x 5.227 each

How to Use

Good habits that are in alignment with your business, creative, and personal goals will help you create a foundation for ultimate success and freedom. Setting and tracking the right goals every day will help you remain aware and consistent in the pursuit of your goals. Simply focus on a few important habits each month that will support your visions and dreams, and complete each habit daily to create streaks. By checking off your habits daily (or drawing smiley faces in the boxes), you will create momentum to support your journey.

Label the current month at the top of the sheet. Then list the habits that you want to keep up with on the column under “Habit.” As you go through the month, mark off every day you completed each habit.

Some habit examples may include things such as practice guitar, write for one hour, give a gift, be of service, wake up at 5 am, exercise my booty, write my partner a sweet note, no hooch, floss, meditate, etc.

You can write your “Affirmation of the Month” in the blank at the bottom of the tracker. For example, if one of your habits is to “Practice Spanish,” maybe your affirmation will be “I am fluent in basic Spanish.”

If you keep your habits in alignment with the visions of who you want to become, and the desires of what you wish to bring into your life, you will be living in magic before you know it.

Batch Actions Template

How to Use

How to Use Batching your to-do list items or actions will help you be more productive and efficient with your time. The idea is to batch together similar tasks and complete them one after another until they are all done. Different types of actions and tasks require different tools, ways of thinking, and energy levels. By grouping similar actions together, you can optimize your resources to be more efficient.

For example, you could create a batch action theme of “communication” and put tasks such as checking your email, replying to your co-workers about a project, checking your LinkedIn messages, calling your squid friends on Uranus, and even returning missed voicemails or calls from others. All of these communication actions can be completed with your computer and/or phone in one block of time.

Other examples of organizing your theme:

Personal Life (laundry, cleaning the house, paying bills, yard work, prepping food). Specific Projects (anything under the umbrella of the project). Running Errands (grocery store, post office, feed the neighbor’s pet goat, pick kids up from school). Self Care (meditate, read a book, play an instrument, journal).

It is the key to not allow actions or tasks outside of your current theme to disrupt or distract you. If something pops up outside of your current batch theme, simply write the task down under a different batch action list with the correct theme and complete it when you work on other tasks in a similar nature.

To use this printout, put your theme/type of action in the theme section then list all the actions that fit under that theme. Once you have your batch actions set up, as more tasks come in you can add them to the correct batch sheet. This is where the “Date Added” section comes in handy.

It’s completely normal to have 8-10 different batch action theme sheets working at any given time. When one of the sheets seems like it is relevant to complete, simply set aside a block of time and rage! Or, if you really want to level up your productivity, schedule out time blocks throughout your week to work on specific themes that are correlated to your batch action sheets.

Communication Tuesday? Sunday Funday? Hump Day? The possibilities are endless!

Work smarter and achieve more with our Batch Actions template! Categorize and batch your tasks according to theme or overall goal to work more efficiently. Guaranteed to help you save time and get the most out of your day!

Priority Action Matrix Template

How to Use

To use the priority action matrix, categorize your actions according to their impact (not important, handy, important) and their urgency. This helps create clarity on the most important tasks to work on. For example, an urgent important task would need to be done before an urgent handy or urgent not important task.

Urgent + Important = Do immediately

These are the most impactful actions you can take to move towards your goals. This is the area you should focus on over anything else, period. This is where Skid the Unisquid lives.

Not Urgent + Important = Schedule Out

These are things that are important to do, but don’t necessarily need to be done anytime soon. These are the best types of tasks to add to your Batch Action sheets in the section above. Schedule a time to work on them throughout your weeks when all of your important urgent tasks are already completed.

Urgent + Not Important = Automate or Delegate

These are often disruptive tasks that can feel chaotic or unexpected. Do you ever feel like you are “putting out fires?” Well, although sometimes these items can be urgent, they are easily delegated to others or automated with software or virtual assistants. If you have to do them yourself, try and complete them after you finish your other urgent and important actions.

Not Urgent + Not Important = Eliminate or ignore completely

Sometimes it’s easy to do these types of tasks because they are simple and make us feel like we are accomplishing something, but they are usually just resistance gremlins in disguise that will keep you from your goals.

Handy

If you are having a tough time deciphering what is or isn’t important, you can slap them into the handy boxes based on their urgency. If urgent, try to group them into completion after your important + urgent tasks. If not urgent, feel free to schedule them out throughout your week, delegate them, or automate them with technology.

Overall, if you focus heavily on your important actions, especially the urgent ones, you’ll be on a rocket to your goals before you know it.

From your daily chores to tasks that help you accomplish your short term and long term goals, the Priority Action Matrix templates allow you to jot down and organize your tasks according to matter of importance. Achieve your goals in a more organized and timely manner!
